Brothers!

I need to update this blog, but I just wanted to write something down so I don't forget. My boys are really really protective of each other. I am so glad that they take care of each other. I think ever since we moved here they have gotten closer because their are no other kids speaking English at the playground, and Lincoln really does not have that many friends. All the kids his age go to all day preschool. So he pretty much has Sawyer to hang out with. They are such great buds. When I do end up having play dates with other kids, they just end up playing with each other and not the kids I invited over. So we need to work on our friend skills, but at least Lincoln isn't going off not wanting to play with Sawyer when friends come over.

So at preschool the other day, I found a lady who just moved here. She taught preschool before moving here, for a long time. She has a ton of experience, but didn't plan on doing it till I begged her. We found 2 other boys to take it with. 4 boys, Lincoln 4, Sawyer 2, then 2 brothers 3 and 2. So it is all boys. Anyway, yesterday at preschool, one of the boys accidently ran into Lincoln as he was walking over to get into circle time. So Sawyer walked over and kicked him in the head. So basically DONT' MESS WITH THE BUSBY BOYS!

I wanted to add that just today we had some friends over to play. The younger boy, 2 years old, was by Isabel and he was going to touch her. Sawyer jumped off his chair by the kitchen table and ran over to him to push him over saying "don hit Izbel" Luckily I was by them and I stopped Sawyer from pushing this kid over. I think Sawyer will be the family protector.
