Happy 5th Birthday Lincoln!

We celebrated Lincoln's Birthday on the 27th! Wow is december a busy month for us. Lincoln requested his favorite breakfast, German Pancakes! My favorite too. We had a play date with some friends (all his friends his age go to preschool ALL DAY LONG, it is really terrible.) So during the Winter break we got to have fun with friends!!! While the kids were playing I snuck out and bought him a few birthday presents. I found a great toy store right next to their house. I got him a marble run and a cool tool box with plastic tools and a book of all these cute things to make. He was pretty happy. We opened presents when Daddy came home for lunch. Then, late that night had his favorite, brownies for dessert. He has been saving them since the summer. I bought a brownie mix from Costco before we left, it came with a bunch of mixes, so on the last one he said he wanted to wait till his birthday to have it, so we waited 9 months and finally go to enjoy them on his birthday. It was a pretty special day. We are planning a combined Isabel and Lincoln birthday party next saturday with friends.
