We had a really fun day on Saturday. We went to this huge craft fair that was held at a really cool Latvian outside museum. They at tons of people selling all sorts of Latvian things. We didn't spend much time looking at all the vendors, we spent most of our time eating and doing other fun things with the kids. Really Lincoln got to do most of it. Lucky boy. He rode a horse, both boys got to shoot bow and arrows, I love how serious the boys are in the picture as they are shooting the arrows. Kelly and Lincoln ran a short obstacle course while wearing real armor. They only put the helmet on Lincoln, but Kelly got to put on all the real stuff, including real chain mail. He said it was so heavy. I felt bad though, I didn't realize how heavy the helmet was for Lincoln. When he ran back to me, I helped him get is helmet off and I couldn't believe how heavy it was. I felt so bad that he did it, but he was so brave and strong. I could tell he really wanted to do it, but didn't realize how heavy it was and didn't say anything to us, but did it anyway. I'm just glad he didn't get hurt. You can see from the picture, he was holding onto his helmet on the way back. After having some fun, we looked around at all the things people were selling. We ended up getting some cute girl dressed, hand made. It was such a beautiful day.
