Sleep

Ever since we moved here we have been having major sleep problems with the boys. Lincoln never was a good sleeper and always gets scared at night and runs to our bed in the middle of the night. I think he has night terrors because the other night I was laying next to him and he was asleep and he jumped up on top of me telling me to take him away from the animals on his bed. It took a while for him to wake up, but maybe this is why he has trouble sleeping alone. His dreams are so vivid. Anyway, we have been having serious problems with Sawyer. He was a good crib sleeper before we moved here, but once we got here he just hated the crib they are letting us use. We don't have his crib yet. So he just screamed and screamed and screamed and our house is so echoy, I couldn't take it, so I gave in. i put the two twin beds together and the boys sleep in the same room together. i lay down with them and sing them to sleep. Then half way through the night I have to go and sleep with them because one of them has woken up. So we have some major problems I need to fix before this next baby comes. Last night wasn't too bad, but the night before was aweful, Sawyer was having such a hard time sleeping, I was up all night with him. But since last night wasn't so bad, I have high hopes that things will get better. We get our stuff next week, so we can make a nice room for the boys and hopefully they get used to it. I just don't know how to keep a 18month old in a twin bed. I do have a bed rail coming, so we don't have to have the beds together. I hope this will help. i have till December 18th to figure things out. I really really really really really hope they start sleeping better.
