Mabel is 2 Years Old!!!

My Mabel is 2 Years Old!!!

I can't believe Mabel is already 2 years old.  Time is flying too quickly.  I'd have to say that she is one adorable 2 year old!  Here is a list of things Mabel likes to do:

-Mabel is talking a ton.  She says the best prayers and is usually the first one to fold her arms and close her eyes!!!  She loves saying Please Bless  "Mama, Dadda, Inkoln, Soysoy, Sissy and Mabel!  We all call Izzy Sissy now because of Mabel.  

-Mabel loves going to the bus to pick up her "boys"  She says, "Where are boys?"

-Mabel loves to help in the kitchen, she loves doing the dishes with me, cooking with me, especially cracking the eggs!!! (she has a some toy eggs she cracks and now she wants to crack the real thing)

-Mabel is really hating people looking at her.  When we go out, she wants me to hold her and she hides her face from people.  They are always saying how beautiful the girls are, and they do not like it!!!  So she either hides or yells at them!  

-She takes a while to warm up to people, but when she does, she loves them.  

-She loves Nolan, her little boy friend in this picture.  They are in nursery together and best friends!!! 

-Mabel loves her baby.  I got her a Biddy Baby from the American Doll Store (well the one in Beijing that was much cheaper) but she got if for Christmas, but the baby she takes everywhere with her is the baby I had when I was her age.  It is so dirty and falling apart.  I found one on ebay and she carries that one around with her now.  I think it will hold together better.  I was worried mine baby's arms were going to fall off from all the love Mabel gives her.  

-Mabel loves chasing the Izzy's boy friends around.  One little boy in Izzy's preschool is Evan.  He's not much taller than Mabel and as soon as she sees him she grabs him and wants to tackle him.  It is not all her, he is alway egging her on outside.  They play the "Mabel is the monster, she is going to get us" game outside, so I don't blame her when she tackles them!  She sure is tough.

-Mabel is out of the crib way too early.  She kept climbing out and so she is now in Izzy's room on the floor.  This makes it near impossible for her to nap, which makes a very tired cranky baby in the afternoon, but at least she is in bed around 6pm.!

-This little girl is adorable!!  She talks to so much and copies everything!  Her hair is getting much thicker and curly, it is adorable!!  We sure love our Mabel!!! 

My Grandpa Thomas is so good at sending birthday cards and gifts.  He always gets the kids books, which is perfect for them.  And he is carrying on the tradition my Grandma had with giving the kids dollars for how old they are on their birthdays!  Thanks Grandpa!!!  Here Mabel is holding up her 2 dollars she got from her Great Grandpa Thomas!!!
