Soccer Saturdays!

Every Saturday we take a bus to the International School Leman.  This is one of the choices we had, but decided not to go to Leman because it was so far away.  They have a much better campus, tons of room and this is where they have weekend sports.  They provide a bus for everyone involved, so we take about a 20 min walk to catch the bus, then the bus ride is about 45 mins.  The boys love it!  They both play soccer, then Lincoln plays Rugby afterward.  You pay a set price for 2 sports, but Sawyer is only old enough to do one sport.  They also have each sport for about 1 1/2 hours.  Really long, but it is nice to have a ton of space to run around.  The kids just like playing outside.  They also have really good hotdogs and hamburgers available to eat after the sports.  So it is a pretty good Saturday morning. We get home around 1pm.  A few weeks ago I went alone with the kids because Kelly was out of town, and it was really fun.  It was a bit rainy, buy much better than hot.  Kelly is a coach for Sawyers soccer group.  Sawyer is getting really good at Soccer.  He is really serious about it.  I put Izzy in Sawyer age group, it is the 4 and 5 year old, but the parents put the 3 year olds on it also.  Izzy played once, but got tired of it, I think she will like it in the spring.  It is just a long time and there are a ton of kids.  They just have parents volunteering to be the coaches, so it is pretty relaxed.  Lincoln is really liking Rugby.  He is getting to know the rules and really loves it.  He has a good group of friends now, between the two 2nd grade classes, there are about 5 boys that really like to play together.  He seems pretty happy about school.
