The rest of October 2012

Lincoln's school had a race in October. They had been training for it during gym class twice a week. The kids had been complaining about it because it was a pretty long route, but they did really good. Lincoln came in 6th. I love this picture where he is racing so fast to beat the kid next to him. Great job Lincoln!!!

HALLOWEEN:

Halloween in River Garden is really cool. There is a parade and a haunted house in the clubhouse. The kids were really excited. Word has gotten out that River Garden is the place to be on Halloween, so it is pretty packed with kids knocking on doors. Everyone get's dressed up, so many parents were getting into it. It is funny because so many foreigners, non Americans really got into Halloween! We gave away Soooo much candy. Our house is on a busy street, and not too far from the entrance to River Garden, so we ran out of candy. I made Lincoln's cloak, well a friend of mine helped me make it. Pretty impressive if you ask me...
