Mom and Ryan visit part 3

The last few days of my family's visit, we spent around Riga. We went to the awesome castle Tirida. Lincoln and Sawyer are sporting the new gladiator costumes we brought back from Rome. One of the highlights of the trip was Kelly and Ryan going on a zip line. It is so funny to do things like this out of the united states, because they are so much less worried about your safety. Kelly and Ryan had about a 2 min demonstration on how to use these zip lines and then were sent to the top of the mountain and told to follow the numbers and most importantly to always be clipped in. So they had a ton of fun zipping down the mountain, Lincoln and I followed on foot taking some pictures (Sawyer and Isabel were asleep in the car). The it started pouring rain, we took cover and they just had to keep going. I think they had about 20 trees to zip across.

I am so glad that some of my family could come and see the awesome place we were living for the past 2 years. We just love Latvia, maybe not so much in the dead of winter, but the summer is awesome!
