Poor little guy

Lincoln needs caps on his front teeth!!! Can you believe it? I feel so bad. He chipped his teeth somehow and now needs caps. I'm going to get a second opinion today, but I think he will need it. They are going to put him in a staight jacket with some medication to keep him calm. I can't believe he has to go through this. Poor little guy. I think we are going to do it sometime next week. Not looking forward to this.
Kelly and I have been training for this half-marathon. It is taking up all of our Saturdays running, so we are excited to be done with this. Last saturday we ran 9 miles with Lincoln in the jogging stroller. Luckily he was really tired and was asleep the whole time. Kelly took it most of the time. It sure is hard to run with a jogger.
It has been nicer weather lately. We took lincoln to the park and got some cute shots of him. He loves the park even more now. He can finally do stuff by himself. He climbs up the stairs and goes down the slide all by himself. He turns around at the top of the slide and goes down backwards on his tummy. It works great. He loves it. I also started something not so fun for me. I let him play in the water at the sink while he stands on a chair. He gets a cup and poors water everywhere. He has so much fun, but I have a mess to clean up. He insists on doing it all the time. I have to limit his water playing time and he doesn't like it. He is so funny. He said his first sentence on friday. I was playing basketball with him and every time I made a shot, which was often, I said "good job mama", then he started saying it back to me when I would make a shot. It was sooooo cute. He is such a smarty. He is starting to say a lot more words. He is really getting into Elmo, yesterday he wanted me to put another diaper on him because it had Elmo on it. So I put it on his head. He loved it.
